We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline growth for Transcend Finance across priority markets. The role will be responsible for translating GTM priorities, ICPs, and target account strategies into integrated demand generation programs, while working closely with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Field Marketing, SDRs, and Sales.
Translate business and regional objectives into demand generation plans that drive qualified opportunities and pipeline Build and maintain target account and contact lists based on defined ICPs, market segments, and personas
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop campaign briefs and align messaging, value propositions, offers, and use cases with buyer pain points.
- Work with Content and Creative teams to develop campaign assets that support different stages of the buyer journey.
- Partner with Field Marketing to develop demand generation programs around webinars, industry events, and conferences across multiple regions, including pre- and post-event activation.
- Plan and execute integrated full-funnel campaigns across paid, email, organic, and relevant digital partner channels.
- Collaborate with SDR and Sales teams on target account activation, lead handoff, follow-up, and progression into qualified opportunities.
- Use firmographic, intent, engagement, and account-level data to improve account selection, targeting, and prioritization.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize investment across markets, campaigns, and channels based on performance and pipeline contribution.
- Track, analyze, and report key metrics including MQLs, SALs, qualified meetings, opportunities, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, CAC, CPL, and ROI to regional business leadership.
- Continuously test and optimize audiences, messaging, offers, channels, and campaign approaches to improve conversion and pipeline performance.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or account-based marketing.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, enterprise software, or other complex B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of integrated demand generation, account-based marketing, lead nurturing, paid media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and event-led demand generation.
- Strong understanding of AI-enabled workflows, automation, with the ability to apply AI and automation to areas such as account research, data enrichment, segmentation, personalization, and campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM, marketing automation, advertising, intent, data enrichment, and sales intelligence platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2B funnels, attribution, campaign analytics, pipeline reporting, and conversion optimization.
- Experience working closely with Sales in enterprise B2B sales.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
