Business Development Officer

We are hiring motivated Business Development Officers for a target-driven, commission-based role focused on lead generation, customer acquisition and business development.

• Generate new leads through door-to-door marketing, field visits, calls and other channels.
• Identify, approach and convert potential customers into business opportunities.
• Promote company products/services and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain lead records and submit regular reports on lead generation and conversions.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work in a field-based, commission-driven environment.
• Must own a motorcycle with a valid driving license for field visits.
